I rang on Saturday morning to get things sorted after my aircon broke on Friday night - yes - I rang Saturday morning and had a call back to arrange. On Monday I was waiting at home and got a call to say they were really sorry - we are running 30 minutes late - WOW - they cared about MY time. Then after my new aircon was fitted my bedroom was vacuumed and the outside swept and cleaned of any debris. From start to the finish of the job I actually felt they cared and only wanted me to have a first class service experience - and that was delivered"

Every single time I have had cause to bring your people to site to do a job, it has been done with an extremely courteous attitude, efficiency and “know how”. This was again demonstrated when on Tuesday night this week I had to call your after hours service ...for a complete failure of our refrigeration systems here at our facility. One of your team, Josh took my call at 2100 and was extremely helpful with his advice and fast attendance to our site. You run a great service business and are an integral part of our operations here in Darwin.
